Position: Consultant Pharmacist
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school.
Successfully passed the NAPLEX and MPJE.
Current pharmacist license in Texas or New Mexico (or willingness to obtain licensure in either state).
Age-Friendly Pharmacist Certification through ASCP (must have prior to day 1 of employment.)
Prior consulting experience and BCGP preferred, but not required.
Passion for geriatric care and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
